Welcome to Head-to-Head College Basketball Version 2. I'm your gamemaster, College Basketball Guy. Head-to-Head College Basketball Version 1 was a mock up of March Madness 99 for Playstation. Very simple, little randomness. Head-to-Head College Basketball Version 2 IS the best college basketball game on the net. There are so many equations that go into this formula, that I barely understand it. And there is randomness in this game. Even a #3 team could lose to a team about 10 spots under them by a whopping 31 points!!!
